Photography, recording and social media
Nobody should have to worry that a moment in a waiting room ends up on a feed.
Applies to. Clients, practitioners, staff and visitors.
In the building
Do not photograph or film anyone else, in any part of the building, without their express agreement. This includes reception, corridors and treatment rooms. Any recording of a session, by either party, requires the agreement of both, given in advance.
Our own images
Where MYND AT ONE photographs the space for its own use, sessions are arranged outside opening hours or with written consent from everyone appearing. Consent can be withdrawn later and the image will be removed from anything we control. Client images are never used in marketing.
Social media
Practitioners and staff do not post about identifiable clients, do not post from inside treatment rooms during working hours, and do not respond to clinical questions in public comments. Personal accounts should not be used to give professional advice about a specific person.
Reviews
You are free to write whatever you honestly think, anywhere you like. We will not offer anything in return for a review and we will not ask you to remove one. A public reply from us will never confirm that you were a client.
If any of this needs explaining, ask.
