What MYND AT ONE is.
Wellbeing, considered as one.
MYND AT ONE is a calm, considered space for mental, physical and emotional wellbeing in the heart of St Peter Port. A small, trusted group of highly trained practitioners work here, in rooms built for stillness rather than spectacle.
What sits under this roof is deliberately mixed. Assessment and therapy. Holistic and herbal care. Acupuncture, IV support and Reiki. Psychology. Counselling for adults, and for children. Because the mind, the body and the life they belong to are not separate systems, and shouldn't have to be treated as if they are.
It is not a hot-desk rental. It is not a generic spa. It is a curated home for a small, vetted group of practitioners, chosen for the quality and integrity of their work, and for the way they meet people, as people, not as patients to be processed.

Around one in seven people live with a mental health condition on any given week. Most are never asked how the day arrived on them.
An appointment at MYND does not begin at a clipboard. You are shown quietly to your room. The door closes. For that hour, the space belongs to you.
Soft light. Considered materials. Warmth. Nothing clinical on display. Whatever you have brought with you, the day, the week, the years, it is met unhurriedly, by someone trained to a high level, and offered as a person first.

Considered, connected,
whole-person work.
At MYND, mental, physical and emotional health are treated as one connected system. Holistic and medicinal approaches sit alongside each other, not in opposition.
- 01.
ADHD and autism assessment
Proper assessment isn't a snapshot, it's a careful look at a lifetime of patterns, attention, focus, organisation, how the mind moves through work, home, and relationships. Symptoms don't have to have been named in childhood for the roots to be there. At MYND, assessment is unhurried, considered, and grounded in real clinical understanding, but the conversation is human, not procedural. Where a diagnosis is given, prescribing and follow-up sit inside the same relationship, not somewhere else.
- 02.
IV therapy and Reiki, together
MYND offers IV therapy and Reiki side by side because the body has more than one language. IV support addresses the body's physical and nutritional needs directly, hydration, targeted vitamins, recovery. Reiki works alongside it, a gentle, hands-on practice that promotes relaxation and helps the nervous system settle. Reiki is not a substitute for medical care, and never presented as one. Offered together, they support a person physically and energetically at the same time, which is often what depletion actually needs.
- 03.
Acupuncture
A tradition thousands of years old, used here in a modern, considered way. Acupuncture works with the body's own signalling, helping the nervous system down-shift, easing tension, supporting sleep, digestion, cycles and recovery. It sits comfortably next to talking therapy, holistic consultation and clinical assessment, often quietly making the rest of the work land more deeply.
- 04.
Talking therapy and counselling, adults and children
Space to say things out loud, to someone trained to hold them. Talking therapy and counselling are offered for adults and, importantly, for children, because so many of the things people carry into adulthood are older than they think. Sessions are private, unhurried, and held in rooms built for stillness. This work sits alongside psychology, holistic support and medical care, so a person is never asked to leave one part of themselves at the door.
- 05.
Psychology
For anyone who wants to understand not just what is happening, but why, and what has shaped it. Psychology at MYND is thorough and considered, and sits closely alongside talking therapy and, where relevant, assessment. It is offered as a long conversation, not a diagnosis to hand over.
- 06.
Neuropathy support
For people navigating nerve-related symptoms, pain, tingling, numbness, altered sensation, careful, considered work that takes the physical picture seriously without ignoring the wider one. Sleep, stress, movement and nutrition are almost always part of the conversation, and MYND's holistic and body-based practitioners can be brought into the room where that helps.
- 07.
Holistic and herbal wellbeing
Whole-person work grounded in traditional herbal knowledge, nutrition and mind-body practice. Nurturing, cleansing, restoring, gently, and over time. Not a replacement for medical care, but a quiet, patient companion to it. Often the piece of work that lets everything else settle in.
Adult ADHD is thought to affect around three to four percent of adults. Most reach midlife before anyone asks the right question.
A quiet moment
to notice.
This isn't a test, and there is no score. Just a few things people often notice about themselves before they come in to talk about ADHD assessment. Read them slowly. See what lands.
- 01
Do you often find your mind racing between tasks, never quite landing on one?
- 02
Have people in your life described you as somewhere else, even when you're trying to focus?
- 03
Do routines and structure feel harder to hold onto than they seem to be for others?
- 04
Do you start things with real enthusiasm and struggle, later, to see them through?
- 05
Does small admin, forms, emails, planning, feel disproportionately heavy?
- 06
Have you spent years quietly wondering whether something about how your mind works has never quite been named?
If any of this feels familiar, it might be worth a conversation.
There is a dog here.
One of the MYND Guides has a trained therapy dog.
The dog is an option, never a default. If you would like the dog in the room with you, say so when you book. If you would rather not, say that instead.
Neither answer needs explaining.

One quiet door,
for everything under this roof.
