Then a monthly allowance per employee, paid in advance by bank transfer, and every employee on the scheme begins with a First Reset.

Most employers already pay for a helpline. Only a small minority of staff ever use one, commonly estimated at around one in twenty in a year. What gets used is somewhere real that people can walk into.

Ten Founding Company places are available across the three houses. 7 remain. Put £1,000 into your Founding Company Account to secure your place and founding commercial terms. The full £1,000 is available as company credit for eligible services at Coat It, Skin and Tonic and MYND, including private group hire and masterclasses. It cannot be used for an individual appointment with a MYND Mentor, as Mentors are self employed and their time is not part of the company account. It is transferable between eligible employees within your organisation and is not exchangeable for cash.
Founding rates are held for twenty four months from the start of the agreement.
Any unused Founding Company Account credit remains available for the duration of the agreement. We will contact you before it expires.
Once the place is taken, the £1,000 is not refundable. The monthly account sits alongside it and is described below.

Alongside the Founding Company Account, the company holds a monthly account, sets the allowance, and your people book at any of the three houses.
No claim forms. No reimbursement. One invoice a month.
Allowances, statements and arrangements are discussed privately, never on the site. Everything is invoiced monthly in advance and settled by bank transfer.
One complimentary thirty minute treatment when an employee joins the scheme. Choose one of three.
The Beauty Bar at Coat It, 51 Le Pollet. Thirty minutes. Express head spa, scalp cleanse and switching off.
The Facial Bar at Skin and Tonic, 3 Tour Grand House. Thirty minutes. Holistic wellbeing and skin treatments: express cleanse, mask and finish.
MYND, from October 2026. A scheduled group reset session.
Off peak appointments. Book within ninety days of joining the scheme. One per employee. A small booking deposit is taken and returned on attendance. No cash value and not transferable. It cannot be combined with a workplace cash plan claim for the same visit.
An employee who wants to reclaim through their own workplace cash plan pays for that treatment themselves on the day. It cannot come off the company account, because plans do not reimburse anything paid for in advance.
