Most employers already pay for a helpline. Only a small minority of staff ever use one, commonly estimated at around one in twenty in a year. What gets used is somewhere real that people can walk into.

Rhythm is £6 more per employee than Reset. Deep is £10 more than Rhythm.
Paid monthly, in advance. The First Reset and the monthly sessions are one per employee and do not roll over.
House Credit can be used against eligible treatments at Coat It, Skin and Tonic and MYND. It does not roll over month to month. It cannot be used for an individual appointment with a MYND Mentor, as Mentors are self employed and their time is not part of the company account.

Plenty of capable people have compensated for years and are running out of road. Some are neurodivergent, some are exploring a late diagnosis. What they usually want first is somewhere quiet and a bit of practical help.

We do not carry out assessments and we make no health claims. Where someone is looking for that, we can point them towards appropriately qualified providers.

Confidentiality
Bookings are made directly by the individual. Employers receive aggregate information only: how many people activated and how much of the account has been used. We do not tell an employer who booked what. Personal information is handled in line with the Data Protection (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law 2017.

Three ways a company can arrange it.

A company account
You choose how much you want to allocate per employee. Your people book at any of the three houses and it comes off the account. Topped up by bank transfer when you choose. Nobody is out of pocket and nobody claims anything back.

Health cash plan
If your people are on a workplace cash plan, they pay for that treatment themselves on the day and reclaim it from their own provider. Receipts are issued to the standard providers ask for. Plans do not reimburse anything paid for in advance, so a treatment cannot both come off the account and be claimed.

Founding Company
Ten Founding Company places. Put £1,000 into your Founding Company Account to secure your place and founding commercial terms. The full £1,000 is available as company credit for eligible services at Coat It, Skin and Tonic and MYND, including private group hire and masterclasses. It cannot be used for an individual appointment with a MYND Mentor, as Mentors are self employed and their time is not part of the company account. It is transferable between eligible employees within your organisation and is not exchangeable for cash. Every employee on the scheme begins with a First Reset.
Company accounts and the Founding Company Account credit cover eligible services at Coat It, Skin & Tonic and MYND. They do not cover individual appointments with MYND Mentors, who are self employed.

Questions
- How do employees book?
- Each employee gets a private code and books directly at whichever house suits them. Nobody has to go through HR.
- Will we see what our staff booked?
- No. You receive aggregate information: how many people activated, how much of the account has been used. We do not tell an employer which of their people booked which treatment.
- What if someone leaves?
- Tell us and we remove them from the next invoice. You are billed on the headcount you give us.
- Can we change tier?
- Yes, with a month's notice.
- When does MYND open?
- October 2026. Coat It and Skin and Tonic benefits start as soon as the account is live.
- How do we pay?
- Bank transfer. You top the account up when you choose. There is no card checkout for company accounts.
- Can we use the account for a private event?
- Yes. A private evening at Coat It, or an event at MYND, can come off the company account.
- What is not included?
- Individual appointments with MYND Mentors. Mentors are self employed and their time is never packaged into a company account. Everything else across the three houses is included.
- Can employees also claim on a health cash plan?
- Yes, for treatments they pay for themselves on the day. The same treatment cannot be claimed and also come off the company account.
