vii · at work

Wellbeing your people will actually use.

For employers in St Peter Port. Two minutes from your door.

Most workplace wellbeing is bought once and never booked. We do the opposite. A small number of appointments, in a calm room a short walk from your office, with people who are easy to talk to.

i
Quietly struggling

The people who need it most rarely raise their hand. A private room off a side street is easier to walk into than a meeting about wellbeing.

ii
Budget that goes unused

Apps, memberships and away days get paid for and forgotten. Appointments get taken.

iii
Nowhere local to send them

Assessment and support have meant a boat, a UK waiting list, or nothing at all.

what we offer

Three ways to arrange it.

A day of the whole building

A MYND Day

We close to the public and the space is yours. Rotating appointments across four rooms, plus a quiet room open all day for anyone who just wants to sit down. Suited to teams of twelve to twenty five.

Monthly or fortnightly

The Lunch Hour

A recurring hour, monthly or fortnightly. One practitioner, either one to one or a small group. Held here, or in your building if you would rather.

An annual arrangement
Recommended

MYND at Work

An annual arrangement. A standing allocation of appointments your people book themselves, in confidence, without going through HR. A named contact on our side. Includes the neurodiversity pathway below.

the neurodiversity pathway

The part nobody else on the island does.

Late diagnosis is common in this sector. Bright, capable people who have compensated for years and are running out of road. We offer private ADHD assessment, and just as importantly what comes after it: plain-language guidance for the person, and practical adjustments written for their manager. Support that ends at the diagnosis letter is not support.

Assessment is carried out by a registered practitioner. Details of registration and scope are shared on enquiry.
