MYND Guide

Jane

Enajy. Nervous system and intuitive work.

Nervous system regulation and intuitive guidance.

A quiet interior corner, warm and unhurried
interoception
noun
  1. 1.The body's sense of its own inside. Heartbeat, hunger, temperature, tension, and the physical part of every feeling.
  2. 2.The reason being told to listen to your body is unhelpful when nobody has explained how.

It is the eighth sense, and the one most people have never heard of.

"I help people calm their nervous system so they can hear themselves again."

Jane Prentice
About

My work blends gentle nervous system regulation with intuitive guidance. I guide people towards the body's natural calm state, where stress settles and the breath softens.

In that state, people reconnect with their own signals. Emotions, gut feelings, the kind of knowing that is hard to put into words. That inner listening is interoception, and it is the foundation of the Enajy method.

What I offer is simple. I help people move out of overwhelm and into a grounded space where the body feels safe enough to speak. From there we look at what is actually going on, emotionally and physically, so they can make choices that feel true.

Sessions are calm, practical and supportive. Whether someone is stressed, stuck, disconnected, or simply looking for clarity, I help them settle and reconnect with themselves.

Enajy

Enajy is the meeting point of nervous system work and intuitive insight. A gentle reset that brings people back to themselves.

Nothing is done to you without being explained first. You can stop at any point, and you do not have to give a reason.

Treatments

What Jane offers.

  • Nervous system regulation

Settling a body that has been braced for a long time. Often the starting point, because very little else lands until this does.

  • Japanese head spa

A long scalp and hair treatment, done lying down, with warm water and slow hands. It takes as long as it takes.

  • Breathwork

Guided breathing, at your own pace. Useful when the body will not settle even though nothing in particular is happening.

  • Mindfulness

Practical attention work, taught rather than preached.

  • Holistic tarot

A reflective conversation, using cards as prompts. It is not fortune telling and no predictions are made. Some people find it a useful way into thinking about something they have been circling for a while.
